Fisheyes should be shaved

I have been an amateur photographer since more than 30 years - but it took me 28 years to come to a fisheye lens.
Both, the very spectacular perspective and the expected low cost-benefit ratio seemed, the expenses are not justified.
Now, from the viewpoint of Panorama Photography, things changed completely. While prices for Fisheyes dropped a lot, those lenses are really great for Panorama Photography - and highly valuable.

The small Sigma DP1 is a great camera in retro-look - and with the short wide-angle fix focal length it is a superb camera for Panorama Photography.
Not only real-estade agents and mountain climber will love it
- if there is a suitable nodal point adapter available.

Botanic Garden Panorama

A full spherical pano with a lot of deepness !
Yesterday I had time to visit the botanical garden in Munich. All kinds of plants with overhanging branches and leaves invite to position the tripod in between and take a full spherical panorama.
